Who is the owner of the BOHR domain name, logos, trademarks and other distinctive marks, texts, web applications and software? All the above are of exclusive property of BOHR. You are not permitted to use any of the above without previous written consent of BOHR.
Do I need to accept the present terms and conditions in order to use BOHR? Yes, acceptance of the present terms and conditions is required in order to create an account and use our services.
How do I accept the present terms and conditions? When registering a new account, you you will be asked to accept BOHR's terms and conditions. By clicking on the checkbox you fully accept the present terms and conditions.
What information is stored by BOHR? What information can I save with BOHR? The personal entries stored by BOHR in its servers are only those entered upon registration ("user's details").
User's details are those required upon registration to identify your unique account. All required information, as individuated in the registration form, must be provided to create a new account. No personal data is required to create a new account
Once the registration process is completed, you can start using BOHR and store your data with it ("user data"). User data is never stored on any of our servers or facilities.
You are solely responsible for your data.
Can I modify/delete my data? You may at any time modify your user's details and/or delete any user data. However, by doing so you acknowledge and agree that all your data that you delete cannot be recovered.
Can I delete my account? And what happens then to my data? You may delete your account at any time using the proper link in the Account settings section.
BOHR does not keep any copy of your data, therefore by deleting your account you acknowledge and agree that all your user's details and you user data will be deleted and that such action cannot be undone. Data stored on your devices will not be affected as long as you do not delete it.
Who holds my user's details? All user's details needed to log you in in our apps and to process payments is stored by BOHR on it's own servers and/or on hosting servers provided by third parties.
Does BOHR have access to my user's details? BOHR has limited access to your user's details only to the extent needed to identify your unique account and to allow you to use our services.
Does BOHR have access to my user data?No, BOHR has no access to your user data.
You acknowledge that BOHR does not have any control on your user data and thereby you agree that you, and not BOHR, are the sole responsible for maintaining, managing and protecting all your user data.
Does BOHR provide the ability to store and manage documents in the cloud? No, BOHR provides you with the ability to use any of your personal devices as your own cloud. BOHR does not store any file or document on its servers.
Does BOHR share, sell or trade my data with third parties? No, BOHR does not.
If BOHR is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of it's assets, your user's details may be transferred as part of that transaction. This will not affect you user data, wich we do not have access to in any case. In such case you will be notified (e.g. via e-mail and/or a prominent notice on our website) of any change in control or use of your personal entries.
How does BOHR protect my user data?We do not manage in any way your data. It is in your sole responsability to make sure that your data is stored in multiple locations

Who is responsible for the security of my account? You are the sole responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access BOHR and you agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You are responsible for any activity using your account, whether or not you authorized that activity. You should immediately notify BOHR of any unauthorized use of your account. You acknowledge that if you wish to protect your transmission of data or files to BOHR, it is your responsibility to use a secure encrypted connection to communicate with BOHR.
You thereby agree to relive BOHR from any responsibility deriving from the use of its services, including, but not limited to, the loss of any data. In particular, BOHR, its services and software are provided “as is”, at your own risk, without express or implied warranty or condition of any kind. BOHR also disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. BOHR will have no responsibility for any harm to your computer system, loss or corruption of data or information of any kind, or other harm that results from your access to or use of the Services or Software. Some States do not allow the types of disclaimers in this paragraph, so they may not apply to you.
What information can I save on BOHR? As we do not have any information on the data you process with BOHR, you acknowledge and agree that you remain the sole responsible for the content of such data.
You also declare, if applicable, to be informed that the treatment of personal entries is subject to your national provisions on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and that, according to applicable laws, you may need a written consent of the person of which you manage personal data with BOHR.
By registering a new account and storing new data with BOHR you declare to have, under your national law, all the required authorisations to handle such data and you relieve BOHR from any responsibility for the use by your part of its services.
How much does it costs to use BOHR's services? BOHR is subject to a periodical charge as outlined in our pricing plans that can be found on our web site at bohr.app and in the 'Subscriptions' section of our apps.
How can I cancel an existing subscription? Can I get a refund? Existing subscriptions can be cancelled by logging-in in our apps and by selecting the option to delete each active subscription.
No refunds are allowed.
Can I contact BOHR to request new features, suggest upgrades or provide any other feedback? Yes, we highly welcome new ideas, so we invite any user to actively collaborate with us. However by doing so you acknowledge and agree that BOHR may use at his sole discretion any information provided without any obligation to you, therefore retaining full ownership of all its properties, including those developed or anyhow modified or upgraded following your suggestions.
Can BOHR delete my account? As a general rule BOHR does not control or monitor its users' activities. However BOHR reserves the right to delete, with or without cause and with or without prior notice, any account that infringes the present terms and conditions and/or that is used for illegitimate activities or in an unacceptable manner.
What is it considered to be an acceptable use of BOHR? An acceptable use is considered a responsible use of BOHR and its services.
All unacceptable uses are not allowed, including but not limited to: probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network; breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures; access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service, shared areas of the Service you have not been invited to, BOHR (or our service providers') computer systems; interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or network, for example by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing any part of the Services; plant malware or otherwise use the Services to distribute malware; access or search the Services by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces (for example, “scraping”); send unsolicited communications, promotions or advertisements, or spam; send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information, including “spoofing” or “phishing”; publish anything that is fraudulent, misleading, or infringes another's rights; promote or advertise products or services other than your own without appropriate authorization; impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; violate the law in any way, or violate the privacy of others, or defame others.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will BOHR, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers or licensors be liable for (a) any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential (including loss of use, data, business, or profits) damages, regardless of legal theory, whether or not BOHR has been warned of the possibility of such damages, and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose; (b) aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services more than the greater of $20. Some states do not allow the types of limitations in this paragraph, so they may not apply to you.
Will the present terms and conditions ever be changed? The present terms and conditions may be changed unilaterally by BOHR at any time, but you will be notified (e.g. via e-mail and/or a prominent notice on our website) and you will be free to delete your account at any time.
What is the applicable law to the present terms and conditions? And what jurisdiction is competent? The use of the services and software are governed by Italian law, except for its conflicts of laws principles. All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the services or software must be litigated exclusively in the Court of Bologna, Italy, and both parties consent to venue and personal jurisdiction there. These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and BOHR with respect to the Services, and supersede and replace any other agreements, terms and conditions applicable to the Services. These Terms create no third party beneficiary rights. BOHR's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of its right to do so later. If a provision is found unenforceable the remaining provisions of the Agreement will remain in full effect and an enforceable term will be substituted reflecting our intent as closely as possible.
